Avalon Park:  Calling all future engineers!  Learn all about the science and mathematics of rocketry by building a real flying model of a working rocket. Insert a small (but powerful!)  solid-fuel model rocket motor into your rocket vehicle, start your countdown, ignite the engine electrically, and watch your rocket soar into the air to be recovered via parachute! Your journey as a junior rocket scientist starts here!

For children ages 9-12. Spaces for this workshop are strictly limited.
