War Memorial Library, 2 Queens Drive, Lower Hutt:  Attendees will be taken through making a side scrolling runner game inspired by Robot Unicorn Attack. You will learn how to code your own game controller, a distance counter, and how to make a personal high score counter. These are just some of the things you’ll need to know if you want to make video games.

This event is suitable for teachers and other adults with and without coding experience. For those without coding experience this is a great opportunity to pick up some digital technologies skills in a fun way. For those with existing coding experience this is a chance to refine your skills and make something real.
